We delivered a focused, budget-friendly upgrade: a refreshed homepage that routes visitors clearly to key help, with targeted design and structural improvements across priority pages. Service content is now easier to scan, fundraising and donation areas highlight impact and next steps, and simplified navigation speeds access to essentials for both service users and funders.
All this was achieved without a full rebuild. We introduced lightweight custom components to create consistency and give MRSN a strong base for future enhancements. Editors retain full control in WordPress, and the refreshed design strengthens trust, accessibility and professionalism – a sharper, more user-centred site that works harder for MRSN’s audiences today while preparing for tomorrow’s growth.
