Gender at Work is a global network tackling discrimination and building cultures of inclusion. We rebuilt their site on WordPress for long-term stability, using well-supported plugins and a clear content model. The new structure surfaces what matters: a searchable, filterable Projects hub (with clear statuses for active, dormant and completed work), a refreshed Associates directory with location and project filters, and stronger service pages for consulting, evaluation and delivery. The design applies their updated brand across type, colour and layout – consistent, modern and accessible without demanding a full rebrand.
Impact sits front and centre through vivid case studies, stronger imagery and sharper calls to action for funders and partners. A reworked resources area is easy to search and filter, while Bee Lite’s flexible components give editors intuitive templates for quick, consistent publishing. The result is a faster, clearer and more authoritative platform that tells Gender at Work’s story and supports their mission to drive systemic change.
